A warm welcome to Sylvia
Yesterday we extended a warm welcome to our interim Headteacher Sylvia Kerambrum. Sylvia has over twenty years’ experience of working in SEN across a wide range of schools both day and residential within the Maintained, Non- Maintained, Independent and Charity sector for students with a range of complex needs. She has consistently attained ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted schools and Social Care inspections across all ages from early years to 6th Form, with special mention being made to strong Parent Partnership working. She also brings extensive working knowledge of the SEND process. Sylvia has a previous profession in sports management, and was a world class athlete representing Great Britain in the marathon. We are all looking forward to working with Sylvia for two terms until a permanent Headteacher is recruited.
