AFC Bournemouth visit the students of VEC

The AFC Bournemouth Community team joined us today for the start of regular coaching sessions for our Class Arne students. The visits are tied into the sports leadership level 1 course which they are currently studying. The course is designed to use sport and physical activity to help young people develop and hone their leadership skills whilst helping themselves and others stay physically active. Today’s session included leadership tasks and group discussion on how professional coaching is organised and the pathways to take for a career in coaching.
