We continued to celebrate ‘Aspire Week’ today as our Post 16 students took part in activities and enterprise. We welcomed Lauren and John from The Outdoor Education Company, who brought in a 7.5m adapted climbing wall. The students had so much fun (with a few nerves) on an exhilarating climb to the top. Mindfulness sessions also took place outside, making the most of the sunshine and bringing an air of calm. First aid sessions were also held, with the students having the opportunity to bandage their classmates and practice CPR. As part of this week’s enterprise initiatives, baps went on sale at break time (tomorrow Class Furzey will be selling artisan chocolates).
