Creative Arts Week 2019 – Day 5

This week’s Creative Arts Week class challenge was to design a piece of art using a Leonardo Da Vinci theme, in line with this year’s brief to ‘Discover, Innovate and Create’. As you can see we had some truly wonderful entries. Class BK designed a Leonardo sensory chair complete with music and Class LB created a whole display of items in their ‘Leonardo Museum’. The Mona Lisa was a strong thread in Class HN, Green Island, Explorers and Arne’s entries, with Class JW opting fortheir design of a Leonardo style helicopter. Furzey and Class FS produced their version of ‘The Last Supper’ and Pergins made a gallery of pictures. Finally Class CN looked at Leonardo’s painting style and produced a display of his techniques.

Headteacher Miss Kerambrum has a very difficult choice to make to declare the overall winner. We will post the winner a little later. Thank you to all classes for putting so much effort into this year’s challenge.
