FoVEC Powerchair Football Festival

FoVEC would like to thank Jason Ganner and Martin Cook for their time in organising the powerchair football event on Sunday. It was a four-team, friendly Sponsor’s Cup competition with teams comprised of partners of the school and a Victoria Education All Stars Team. It really was a brilliant day and we want to offer our sincere thanks to all those who supported us. Funky Peach donated some sports shirts for our teams and the trophy for the day (which they said they were going to win!), Dorset Golf and Country Club, who are long term supporters of the school, and Magda Mazda who support our Grand Prix. All teams improved during the day but overall Victoria Education Centre All Stars Team won the trophy, which will be proudly displayed in our trophy cabinet. The raffle raised £157 and during the afternoon members of the Can-Am Car Club visited and kindly donated £250, all going towards FoVEC and supporting our students. Thank you to all those who supported this event.
