Anti-Bullying Week

Anti-Bullying Week took place at Victoria and nationally last week with ‘Friendship’ being the key theme this year. Along with Lilliput Infant School and Longfleet Primary School we planned some themed activities reinforcing our ‘Respecting Charter’. Our Anti- Bullying Champion Sally Darby set up a ‘Friendship Tree’ in school and commented “Everyone had a great week and our friendship tree was a great success with messages of positive encouragement from students and staff. We held themed assemblies and read stories to spread the message that bullying isn’t cool. Our Post 16 students are currently working on an anti-bullying video which we will post as soon as it’s ready”.
