Number Day

On our Number Day! our staff and students were crunching those numbers right across the school. We were using numbers in lots of different ways from measuring ingredients for cooking, to singing number songs in our Ukulele club and quizzes for staff and students. Class CN won a million points in their ‘who wants to be a millionaire’ quiz and we were all looking at numbers for serious and fun applications. This highlighted to us how important they are in everyday life. As you will see in the photos there were also some uses for numbers as a fashion statement. We had a great day and all proceeds will be sent to our school charity Water Aid. Water Aid has teams in 37 countries across the world, working with partners to transform millions of lives every year by improving access to safe water, toilets and hygiene. Happy Number Day!
