A Banjo for the Music Department

The Victoria Education Centre Music Department sends a huge thank you to Mr and Mrs Malpas (student Mitchel Harvey’s grandparents) for the kind donation of a banjo to add to our wonderful collection of instruments.  We had a lovely time when they visited and Mr Malpas joined our Digital Music Technician Mike Whitlock with a rendition of ‘Duelling Banjos’ with Mitchel playing drums. We are looking forward to inviting them back in the near future to join in with some of our other musical events at VEC.  Thank you so much!
