We have been nominated for two music awards!

The shortlist for the 2017 Music Teacher Awards for Excellence has been revealed with Victoria being nominated in two categories. Best School Music Department and Mike Whitlock has been nominated for the Musician’s Union Inspiration Award for the second year running. Created to celebrate excellence in music and performing arts education, the awards will be presented in 13 categories, covering new products and resources as well as hubs, music departments and individual contributions to the sector. The winners will be announced on 9 February 2017 – along with the winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award and the Music Teacher Magazine Editor’s Award – in a gala ceremony at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel in Mayfair.
