Running the London Marathon

Running the London Marathon and flying the flag for Livability this year is Pete Sammons son of former Head of Nursing and Therapy Carol Sammons.
Pete Writes….. Hello I am the younger son of Carol Sammons, who some of you will remember as …Head of Therapy and Nursing at VEC for 24 years until she retired in 2006. I am 36 years old, live in Salisbury and am a Chartered Surveyor. I am running the London Marathon on April 13th this year for Livability and am hoping to raise as much money as possible for this charity. This will be my first full marathon although I have run a half marathon before. I started training before Christmas and despite the atrocious weather it is going as planned. It will be a real challenge but hopefully with lots of support from my colleagues, family and friends and of course everyone who shares my admiration for the tremendous work done by Livability both at VEC and their various other establishments, I will be successful. If you would like to contribute and sponsor me for the big day please click the link below.
Thank You
