We are very pleased to report that our application to the Tesco Bags of Help Grant Scheme has been successful and our fundraising project will be put forward to a customer vote in Tesco stores during this coming May and June 2018.
Bags of Help is Tesco’s exciting local community grant scheme where money raised by the sale of carrier bags is being used to fund thousands of local projects in communities right across the UK.
Three groups in every Tesco region are shortlisted to receive the cash award and shoppers are being invited to head along to Tesco stores to vote for who they think should take away the top grant of up to £4000. Customers will cast their vote using a token given to them at the check-out in store each time they shop.
Victoria is looking to fund the purchase of a Neater Eater Robotic V6 which is the most advanced assistive eating technology device available today.
To vote, you will need to make a purchase within store of any value. You will receive one token per transaction and it’s not necessary to purchase a carrier bag in order to receive a token.
We would be very grateful for your support in voting for us. To check the location of any of the following stores, please go to the Tesco website here:
