The Princess Royal Visits VEC

We were honoured with a visit from Livability Patron Princess Anne on a ground breaking event for our new hydrotherapy pool. The Princess toured the School along with other VIP’s Harry Redknapp, Esther Rantzen and children’s TV presenter Chris Jarvis. HRH visited an art lesson and a hydrotherapy session. Student Kieran Collins did the official ground breaking alongside the Princess. She added “The new pool will make an absolutely massive difference. We’ll be able to get people in and out much quicker so everybody gets a fair go in the water.” She then unveiled a commemorative stone, which will take pride of place in our grounds.
