World Book Day 2019

Thursday 7th March saw schools around the country getting into the literary spirit on World Book Day. The Students of Victoria had a fantastic day celebrating everything bookish. It was great seeing the students so engaged in stories, storytelling, art and sensory activities. Sylvia had a tough job judging the final entries from our classes, who put together a range of different artistic creations representing their chosen stories. With chosen books including A Busy Day for a Good Grandma, Supertato and James & the Giant Peach, our students and staff all rose to the challenge with fantastic costumes and enthusiasm for the events of the day. Thank you to our brilliant staff who gave 100% to make the day so special and a big thank you to Beth, Fran and Sophie who organised it.
