Ipad appeal target reached!!!

Those that follow us on Facebook and our Web Site will be aware of the IPad appeal which ran from January this year. We had a tremendous response from staff, students, parents and friends who came up with some interesting ways to raise funds. From soup selling to Mother’s Day gifts, from sweet stalls to album releases and everything in between. Well we are very pleased to announce that our target has been reached and the equipment has been acquired. Thanks to your fantastic efforts we raised just under £9000 which enabled us to purchase 18 IPads and cases, a 32 IPad sync and charge trolley and a small file server for document storage. This will enable us to, at the very least, put an IPad in each class but also run multi IPad classroom sessions and bring multi-sensory experiences to the very desktops of our more challenged students.
