Beverley Davies donates her book to Victoria

Author and Cognitive Behavioral Therapist Beverley Davies popped into school this week and very kindly donated a copy of her latest book ‘Mel and Pip & The Magic Snow Globe’. Beverley has written this book to be a fun and interesting way for children to learn about Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and to enable children to better understand themselves and their experiences with interest and curiosity. In the book, Mel explores her thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a collection of eight thought-provoking short stories. Each will have children (and some adults) learning about their own reactions, and to recognise the links between their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The book will be a valuable addition to our garden room and sensory garden chill-out spaces. A huge thank you to Beverley. The book is available on Amazon.
