Aesop's Touring Theatre Company

At the end of January Aesop’s Touring Theatre Company came to Victoria to perform their Tudor play about Henry the Eighth. Aesop’s Touring Theatre Company specialises in Theatre in Education, touring Schools, Children’s Centres, Art Centres and Theatres nationally throughout the year with plays and workshops specifically written and designed for Nursery, Infant and Junior age groups. Classes LB, CN, BE, Furzey and Arne enjoyed watching the performance and learning about the life of the famous king and were able to trace the passage of King Henry the Eighth during his reign and meet his six wives and several other interesting and amusing characters along the way. The players wore authentically designed costumes and props which gave a real flavour of the times.
