Anti-Bullying Week

There’s something odd about Victoria this week as we begin Anti-Bullying Week! Staff and students have been asked to wear odd socks to highlight the ‘all different all equal’ message. Anti-Bullying Week is coordinated by the Anti-Bullying Alliance and shines a spotlight on bullying and encourages all children, teachers and parents to take action against bullying throughout the year. As well as empowering children and young people to celebrate what makes them, and others, unique we aim to enable teachers and other children’s professionals to celebrate what makes us ‘all different, all equal’ and celebrate difference and equality. Encouraging them to take individual and collective action to prevent bullying, creating safe environments where children can be themselves.

Enjoy the photos, but you may want to turn down the brightness setting on your monitors J
