Morebus

As reported here last week Morebus came to Victoria to work with our students. The students were thrilled to see the bus arrive with Victoria Education Centre on its display. The students worked closely with driving instructor Jon Wilkinson in using the ramp, ticket machine and stop button. For some of our students this was their very first time on public transport and a real opportunity to practice. After honing their skills the students were then taken on a short ride around Branksome before returning to school. Instructor Jon said “ At Morebus we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience and we are keen to offer our disabled customers the best possible service. This is an important learning process for both Victoria and us”. We would like to thank Morebus for loaning us the bus and especially Jon Wilkinson for his time and efforts.
