The Westbourne Motor Show took place on Saturday and we are happy to report that it was a great success. The weather was fantastic and Olympian, TV personality and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Iwan Thomas MBE, officially opened proceedings. As well as a mix of cars, classic, supercars, and modified cars, our good friends The Sporting Bears offered ‘Dream Rides’ for a donation. They headed out to Bournemouth sea front and lots of smiling faces returned each time. We were very lucky to be their chosen beneficiary and they raised an impressive £945 for us. We would like to say a huge thank-you to them for their amazing support. Thanks also go to Tesco Branksome for donating lots of sweets which were handed out on the day and to Paula Allcroft and Kelly Westerby for representing us and lending their help.
