Drama and performing arts update!

Student Ramon Hansford is performing his first public comedy stand –up/Sit down! gig at Centre Stage in Westbourne on the evening of Thursday 27th June. He has been working with a local comedienne Adrienne Coles, on a five minute set and will be performing with other local comics as part of the ‘Rib Tickler’ Evening held there once a month.
Ramon would be grateful for any support and it will be a fun evening anyway. Our IPad appeal will also benefit from proceeds on the night so that’s another incentive to go. Please also bear in mind that you need to be over 18 to attend.

Lauren Taylor also did her first open mic night last Monday at Camdens and had a really great response. She enjoyed it so much that she is working towards her next one at Flirts!

Hugo Lucas-Rowe will be performing in ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ with the Brownsea Open Air Theatre in August – Book your tickets quickly as this is normally a sell-out event.

The Seen But Seldom Heard group will be performing their final performance poetry/arts fusion set at Lulworth on the evening of 8th July.
