Joanne Sibley meets the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge

Class Arne’s Joanne Sibley travelled up to London on Monday to meet the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at a special event to mark World Mental Health Day. This year’s theme for World Mental Health Day focused on the importance of “psychological and mental health first aid for all”. Mental health first aid means getting in there early to support people, before what they’re going through becomes more serious or even clinical. At a special reception, their Royal Highnesses heard first-hand about this type of support and thanked people from across the UK who have provided mental health first aid. Joanne, who is passionate about raising awareness for mental health amongst young people had an amazing day and said it was a ‘real honour’ meeting the Royal couple.
