More from the Dorset Leadership Academy

Esther, Sophie and Elisha attended the Dorset Leadership Academy at Bryanston School yesterday to join the organising committee for The Dorset School Games. They were awe struck with the guest keynote speaker, London 2012 Paralympic athlete Aaron Phipps. He gave an inspiring talk about his journey to get into the Great Britain Wheelchair Rugby Team and showed some extreme footage from London 2012. It was then straight to work and our students joined organisational meetings. Later in the day they participated in a workshop run by Aaron Phipps which involved all students thinking about setting goals and communication. The girls were a credit to our school and we are proud of the important role they had in the decision making process for disabled and non-disabled young people.
