Splish Splash!
Theatre Company Oily Cart have just announced that they will be coming to VEC from 1st April as part of their 2019 tour. The show is unusual in that it is based in hydrotherapy pools and transforms them into floating fantasy lands with underwater lighting, clouds of bubbles and curtains of spray. The show is called Splish Splash and comes with an original script and musical score performed live both on and under water. This unique theatrical experience can be felt as much as heard, transporting the buoyant audience into a magical space. As you can imagine we are really excited to be able to stage this for our students and it will be the perfect start to this years’ Creative Arts Week.
