Sports Day 2018 – Afternoon Update

Things were hotting up this afternoon on and off the pitch at our 2018 sports day event but the games were decidedly water based so everyone kept cool. After much deliberation and point checking by our judges the results were announced. This year’s fancy dress trophy was awarded to Class KW with their Cluedo themed costumes, who scored the highest mark on our clapometer. Overall sports day winners for this year were Pergins. Charlotte Edbrook from Tesco Branksome was our guest this afternoon to award the trophies. A big thanks to our parents and carers for being great sports today and supporting our sports day. Also thanks to Charlotte Edbrook and Tesco Branksome for their extremely kind donation of the refreshments. Lastly a big VEC cheer to Simon Higgins and the sports team for organising another wonderful sports day.
