Switch Off Fortnight
Our “switch-off fortnight” has begun. This is a campaign to raise awareness of the energy we use day by day and how by being a little more mindful we can save energy, be a little greener and more responsible to the Earth. The initiative is run by the Pod, (EDF Energy’s education programme) which works to inspire young people and their families to choose a more sustainable lifestyle. Our student ECO Committee, under the auspices of Teacher Jen Williams, have made a video message to highlight the campaign and to remind everyone to be more responsible with energy. Remember, switch-off fortnight runs from the 16th-29th November.
