On the Friday before the half term break, we welcomed Martin Leekblade and Terry Franklin from The Sporting Bears for a special presentation. They joined us to present a cheque for £3,254.45 raised at two events, The Clayesmore Classic / Supercar Sunday and The Westbourne Motor Show. The money was raised from their amazing ‘Dream Rides’. Headteacher Sandra Davis accepted the cheque and was very interested to find out more about what they do and to thank them in person. We gave them a grand tour of the school to show them some of the things we had bought with money they had donated previously, and talked about planned future purchases. Student Logan also managed to sell them sausage baps while they were here! We would like to extend a warm thank you from us all at Victoria for choosing to support us at these events, and look forward to seeing them again soon (at our car show on May 11th 2025) if not before.
