Last week students from the formal pathway, who are all over 18 years old, had a special trip to the theatre. The group watched a performance of ‘1984’ at the Lighthouse in Poole before enjoying a meal together. To build on their life skills, the students planned where they wanted to eat and used public transport into Poole. Everyone really enjoyed the trip and there was lots of positive feedback the next day about the play. The students were impressed with the acting and the set design. Many thanks to all supporting staff volunteers.
