A special shout out to Occupational Therapist Sian Butler who took part in the Bournemouth Half Marathon over the weekend. Sian was kindly running on our behalf to raise money to purchase Bluetooth switches for our students. The run took place between Hengistbury Head and the Pier Approach with Sian posting a time of 1 hour 56 minutes. She smashed her initial target of raising £500, and as it stands, has reached £800. This means her efforts will also fund some new switch toys for use in O.T. sessions. Sian passes on her thanks to all those who have supported her and donated to this impressive total.
