World Book Day

Our World Book Day celebrations.

The day started at 8.30am with Harry and Jon’s breakfast show on VIBE radio. Interesting booky facts and book chat culminating in a radio story broadcast all about Flat Stanley, a boy who is flattened by a notice board and then begins to see the advantages of being flat! Many fun activities were planned for the day including hunt the book, story time, swimming activities linked to famous books, music classes linked to stories and much much more. As always staff and students threw themselves in wholeheartedly with some awesome fancy dress themed on famous literary and book characters.
